Founder’s Message
Dear Friends and Supporters,
Banoo Foundation rests on the conviction that every Afghan woman and girl is entitled to dignity, equality, and opportunity. Emerging from early work advancing women’s employment and education, and formally established as a nonprofit in 2026, we advance rights, leadership, and empowerment through advocacy, education, and community action.
Our purpose is to strengthen women’s voices and expand pathways to independence. Guided by human rights and inclusion, we collaborate to build a future where Afghan women and girls may shape their own lives and contribute fully to society. Thank you for your partnership and support.
